It's confirmed

I’ve been so busy lately that I’ve neglected this little blog of mine and haven’t been telling you about what I’ve been up to. Where does one start? The most exciting thing of late has got to be that I’ve got tickets to 2012. Yes it’s confirmed, I’m going to the Olympics yippee! You can imagine how excited I was to see the debit from my account to ‘ticketsLondon2012’, especially seeing as it was so difficult to get tickets.

Somebody I know is competing in the athletics. I’ve therefore got tickets to the session in which the final of her event will be. Seeing as she’s performed really well in Europe this year there’s a very good chance she’ll make it to the final. What a wonderful experience it will be to get the chance to cheer her along at the Olympics held in our own country.

I’m not familiar with hotels in the East End.  For you true ‘Cockneys’ who are familiar with the sound of Bow Bells, can you recommend any good hotels close to the stadium?  Suggestions to diana@dianaenglishrose.co.uk on an email postcard please.
